Three People Killed, Two Injured in St. Paul Shooting
St. Paul, MN (KROC-AM News) - Three people were killed and two more were injured after a shooting in St. Paul Sunday afternoon.
The St. Paul Police Department said officers responded to a report of multiple people shot in the 900 block of Case Avenue East around 4:30 p.m. Officials arrived and found two people in front of an address suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The two victims then told officers that more people were injured inside the residence.
Officers located three more victims inside, also suffering from apparent gunshot injuries.
St. Paul Fire paramedics pronounced the victims inside the residence dead at the scene. The two victims found outside the residence were transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.
Officials said the incident remains under investigation. The victims' identifications will be released at a later date by the Ramsey County medical examiner.
Authorities said these are homicides 25, 26, and 27 of the year in St. Paul.
