Timberwolves Trash 76ers 110-86
Minneapolis, MN (Learfield) -- Minnesota stars Andrew Wiggins and Karl-Anthony Towns each had excellent shooting nights as the Timberwolves buried the Philadelphia 76ers last night in Minneapolis, 110-86.
The duo combined to shoot 26-of-38 from the field and had 60 points and 20 rebounds between them. Wiggins scored 35 points and had ten rebounds, while Towns went for 25 and ten. The T-Wolves led by 28 points at halftime and cruised to their fourth win.
Dario Saric scored a team-high 16 points for the 76ers, who fell to 2-and-10 and 0-and-5 on the road. Joel Embiid (em-BEED) had 10 points and 10 rebounds in defeat.
Minnesota visits Memphis tomorrow night.
