Time Change for Today’s Minnesota Twins Game at Target Field
After losing to the Astros in the series opener, the Twins bounced back to take Game 2 at Minute Maid Park. Yesterday the Astros blew out the Twins 9-1 at Target Field, with Game 4 this evening in Minneapolis.
Today's game start time has been changed. Originally scheduled for 1:07 pm, the first pitch is now set for 6:07 pm CT. The pregame show starts at 5 PM on News-Talk 1340 KROC-AM and 96.9 FM.
A Houston win tonight ends the Twins season. A Twins win forced a game five Friday in Houston.
The best-of-five series had the American League's #2 seed Houston Astros claim Game 1 with a 6-4 win Saturday in Houston. The #3 Twins bounced back on Sunday to even things up with a 6-2 win at Minute Maid Park. Now the Twins trail 2 games to 1 in the series.
With the win in Houston, the Twins essentially grab home field advantage with games 3 and 4 this week at Target Field.
