Two Children Among Four Hurt in Wabasha County Crash
Kellogg, MN (KROC-AM News) - Four people were hurt, including two children, in a traffic crash in Wabasha County Sunday morning. The Minnesota State Patrol says the crash occurred just before 11 am on southbound Highway 42 about 2 ½ miles southwest of Kellogg. A vehicle driven by 66-year-old Patricia Callanan of Kellogg stopped to make a left hand turn when it was rear-ended by a minivan driven by 27-year-old Jesse Jacobson of Glenville and the collision caused the minivan to flip onto its side.
Both drivers and two of the three passengers in the vehicle making the left turn were transported to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Wabasha. The injured passengers were identified as 15-year-old Colton Wallraff and 8-year-old Starlyn Wallraff of North Branch. All of the injuries were described as non-life threatening.
