
Two Killed in Wrong Way Driver Crash in Central Minnesota
Cold Spring, MN (KROC-AM News) - The State Patrol has released the names of the two people who died in a head-on crash late Monday afternoon in central Minnesota.
The deadly incident was reported just after 5 PM and involved a wrong way driver on Highway 23 just west of Cold Spring in Stearns County. The State Patrol report on the deadly incident indicates a vehicle driven by 52-year-old James Wilton of Fairchild Wisconsin was traveling east in the westbound lanes of the divided four-lane highway when he collided with a westbound car.
The other driver was identified as 35-year-old Greg Steil of Richmond.

Both men were pronounced dead at the scene. At this point, the State Patrol says it's unknown if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
