Two Men Charged in Rochester Shooting
Rochester, MN ( KROC AM News) - Two men have been arraigned on charges connected to a shooting in Rochester last week.
It was reported late Thursday night at a residence in the 600 block of Circle Court SW.
Officers arrived to discover a 22-year-old man was being driven to the hospital after being shot in the upper left thigh while outside the residence. Two suspects were eventually taken into custody and felony assault and other charges were filed against them Monday.
Arraigned were 29-year-old Davoren Broussard of Brooklyn Park and 21-year-old Dashaun Pittman of Rochester.
The criminal complaint says the victim identified Pittman as the one who shot him. The victim told police Broussard had pointed a gun at his face and threatened him before the shooting. Pittman told police he was waving the gun around when it “accidentally went off.”
