Two People Killed in Crash on Suburban Minnesota Road
Wyoming, MN (KROC-AM News) - Two people were killed Friday in a head-on collision on the northern edge of the Twin Cities area.
The Wyoming Police Department says the deadly crash was reported shortly after 11 AM on a suburban road at the eastern edge of the Chisago County community. A news release indicates a vehicle traveling north on the road crossed over the center line and collided with a southbound vehicle.
There were two people in each vehicle and all of them were transported by ambulance to a hospital for treatment. Wyoming police say one person from each vehicle died from their injuries.
The names of the victims have not been released.
The news release also states that the Chisago County Attorney's Office will be reviewing the investigative report into the fatal crash once it is completed.
