
State Patrol Identifies Victim in Fatal Highway 63 Crash
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The State Patrol has released the name of the Stewartville man who was killed in a traffic crash Thursday night near the Rochester airport.
Forty-eight-year-old Daniel Victor Schandorff was driving a van north on Highway 63 when it collided with a northbound semi-truck. The crash was reported around 9:45 p.m. near the intersection with 80th Street Southeast.

The State Patrol crash report indicates the victim was not wearing a seat belt.
The driver of the truck, who was wearing a seat belt, was identified as 55-year-old Jack Lieffort of Grand Meadow. He was not injured.
The State Patrol says alcohol was not involved.
