Warning About Construction Site Thefts in Olmsted County

Byron, MN (KROC AM News) -  The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office is sounding a warning about a recent series of construction site thefts.

The latest happened over the weekend in Byron at the Fareway grocery store construction site.

Thieves broke into a trailer at the site and stole two welders worth $3,000 apiece. Also stolen was copper welding wire worth $4,000.

This was the second construction site theft in Byron from the weekend.
