San Jose, CA (Learfield) -- The Minnesota Wild pulled off a win for the ages on Thursday night as they rallied to beat the San Jose Sharks 5-4.

Twice the Wild rallied from two goal deficits to gain the win. Both Eric Staal and Mikko Koivu scored twice in the victory as the Wild won their seventh consecutive road game.

Game two of the road trip is Saturday afternoon in Los Angeles.
