Waller was taken to the hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening. The report rules out alcohol as a contributing factor in the crash and investigators do not know whether or not Waller was buckled.

The Winona County Sheriff’s Office, Lewiston Fire Department and Lewiston Ambulance also responded to the pre-dawn crash.
