19-year-old Timothy Hendricks entered the plea Wednesday and said he was too high to remember what he did. He's charged with murder and attempted second-degree murder in the death of 20-year-old Michelle Ploetz in April.

Their 8-month-old son was between them in a car seat at the time. Prosecutors say Ploetz's father got out of the car and ran away after Hendricks also shot him.

Hendricks told police he was addicted to drugs and was hearing voices when he shot Ploetz.

Prosecutors dropped a previous felony assault charge against him as part of the plea.
