Litchfield, Mn (KROC AM News) - A former Michigan woman who pleaded guilty to causing a deadly traffic wreck in central Minnesota last year has been sentenced to just over four years in prison.

29-year-old Noelle Pridgen was high on drugs when she drove through a stop sign and smashed into another vehicle, which burst into flames. A woman in the other vehicle was trapped and died. Her husband and two young children suffered serious injuries as did Pridgen and her passenger.

According to court records, tests indicated Pridgen had taken cocaine and marijuana before the deadly wreck that happened near Litchfield.

Restitution will be decided at a later date.
