It is possible a decision on whether to charge the two Minneapolis police officers, who shot Clark to death, could come this week.  Minneapolis N-A-A-C-P president Nekima Levy-Pounds told the crowd Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman will be voted out if he doesn't charge officers Mark Ringgenberg and Dustin Schwarze.

Some intersections and the light rail system were blocked.  Police officers were on hand to direct traffic, but no arrests were made.
