Summer in Minnesota is full of fun for kids!  The swimming pools are open, playgrounds are busy with new friends, and the lightning bugs are out.  But one of the best parts of summer is when you hear that a parade is happening!  A parade is like a scene from "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" for kids because where else can you just stand on the side of the road and have candy thrown at you?
