
Rochester Police Seize Seven Pounds of Meth During Apartment Raid
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The Rochester Police Department made a massive drug bust on Tuesday afternoon.

That’s according to a criminal complaint filed in Olmsted County Court on Wednesday. Officers found the large quantity of drugs during a raid that was tied to an ongoing narcotics investigation.
The suspect in the investigation was arrested when law enforcement executed the warrant.

Rochester Police Seize Over 7 Pounds of Meth from Northeast Rochester Apartment
53-year-old Chandler Neal Mullins of Rochester is charged one count each of first-degree drug sales and first-degree drug possession.
The criminal complaint says officers executed the search warrant for Mullins' apartment in the 1500 block of 3rd Avenue NE.
Officers knocked and Mullins answered the door after an extended period of waiting, the complaint says.
Inside of the one-bedroom apartment, police found multiple backpacks containing a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine. The complaint also says the combined weight of the meth found in the apartment was 7.06 pounds.
Officers also found various packaging materials in the home, the complaint says.
Court records indicate Mullins has a criminal history that dates back to 1993 and includes two convictions for felony drug possession.
Mullins made his first court appearance Wednesday morning. His conditional bail was set at $35,000 and he is due back in court next month.
