The victim told officers someone had broken into their unit and stole their work van and an estimated $4,310 worth of fishing gear, the complaint says.

The alleged fleeing incident and subsequent drug bust occurred shortly after 2 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.

The victim received a notice in August that an account she never opened had been sent to collections.

Rochester police conducted the stop shortly before 6:00 Tuesday evening.

The criminal complaint, filed earlier this week in Olmsted County Court, says the incident occurred during the Thanksgiving weekend last year.

Law enforcement made an arrest in the case on Monday.

The court document says the alleged drug bust occurred in southeast Rochester on Sunday.

The alleged crime spree occurred throughout the month of December, Grayson said.

She was charged in the case this past June.

The Rochester Fire Department responded to the blaze around 10 p.m.

The suspect vehicle had left the scene but eventually returned, the court document says.

He was charged in the case in September of last year and struck the plea deal with prosecutors earlier this week.

As part of the investigation, members of a SWAT Team, Rochester Police Department and the Plainview Police department executed a pair of search warrants in Plainview and a search warrant in Rochester.
