A happy update to the missing 17-year-old story we wrote about today, according to Owatonna Police that teen has been found.

A news release from Owatonna Police stated:

On Thursday, August 19, 2021 at approximately 2:00 PM, the missing 17-year old female child reported to the Owatonna Police Department on August 11, 2021 as a runaway was reunited with family members and no longer considered missing. No further information will be released on this matter.

According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, a 17-year-old Owatonna girl has been missing since August 6th. Have you seen Dominique Timmerman?

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children sent out an email this morning seeking help in locating Dominque as she was last seen on August 6th. It's possible that Dominque could be in need of medical attention according to the email.

According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Dominique was last seen on Aug. 6, 2021, in Owatonna, Minnesota. She’s 5-foot-7, weighs 118 pounds, and has blue eyes and brown hair.

As of April 7, 2021, there are 28 children missing from across Minnesota and have still not been found, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
