Authorities Find Vehicle Sought in Deadly Austin, MN Drive-by Shooting
Austin, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities have located the vehicle that was sought as part of the investigation into a deadly drive-by shooting in Austin Friday night.

Austin Police responded to the report of a car hitting a house and found the driver and at least two passengers were suffering from gunshot wounds. The driver died at the scene while a man and woman riding in the vehicle were brought to a hospital in critical but stable condition.
One of the shooting suspects, identified as 28-year-old Chan Oman, was arrested Saturday and 23-year-old Manamany Abella was apprehended Saturday night after the Minnesota BCA issued a Crime Alert in an effort to find him. The BCA canceled the crime alert to find the suspect vehicle, described as a 2015 Dodge Durango, after it was reportedly found Sunday evening.
Austin Police say Abella was a passenger in the Durango when an occupant of the vehicle opened fire on a car along a residential street in Austin around 10:40 PM on Friday. Oman was suspected of driving the SUV when the shooting occurred.
Both men are being held in the Mower County Jail on suspicion of second-degree murder and multiple counts of drive-by shooting. Abella was also booked on suspicion of illegal possession of a firearm.
The victims of the fatal shooting have not been identified. The location where the sought vehicle was found has not been released.
