BCA Issues Statewide Alert For Missing Endangered Teenage Girl

Inver Grove Heights, MN (KROC-AM News) - A statewide Endangered Missing Person Alert has been posted for a 15-year-old girl.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension issued the alert Wednesday afternoon at the request of the Inver Grove Heights Police Department. Officials are asking for the public's assistance in finding Nevaeh Bishop.

The alert states that she ran away from her home on Tuesday. Her whereabouts are unknown, but it's believed she is in the Twin Cities area based on previous incidents. Inver Grove Heights Police also say Navaeh has a history of being sexually exploited by adult men.

Navaeh is described as black, 5' 3", 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. A description of the clothing she was wearing when she left her home is not available.
