
Man’s Body Found in Rochester Park, Investigation Underway
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A death investigation is underway after a passerby discovered a man’s body in a Rochester park.

Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson says the man’s body was found on Saturday morning.
A passerby reported discovering the corpse to police shortly before 7 a.m.
Body Found in Downtown Rochester's Mayo Park Over the Weekend
Grayson says the body was discovered lying in the grass at Mayo Park, which is on the east side of the Mayo Civic Center in downtown Rochester.
The deceased person is being described in the police report as a 28-year-old man.

Investigators are working with the Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office to confirm the man’s identity and determine his cause and manner of death, police say.
Grayson says there were no obvious signs of trauma or injury observed by officers at the scene.
