FOLEY, Minn. (AP) — A medical examiner has concluded that a Foley man whose body was found this week was a victim of foul play.

A St. Cloud Times report  says an autopsy lists the death of Jamie Robert Wylie as a homicide.

The 31-year-old was last seen Dec. 10. A passer-by spotted his body behind an auto dealer Tuesday east  of St. Cloud.

The Benton County sheriff's department says the investigation is ongoing.

A search warrant gives some details about what authorities know about the Wylie's disappearance.

A woman who saw him at a store Dec. 10 said he smelled of marijuana and alcohol. An acquaintance told police that a day earlier, Wylie was angry when a man answered his wife's cellphone.

The wife initially refused to let police serve a search warrant at her home. Officers eventually found his wallet and ID there.
