Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) A Rochester man who was caught with more than 200 pounds of marijuana earlier this week was arraigned on three drug-related felony charges Friday.

Conditional bail for 44-year-old Jeffrey Lawstuen was set at $50,000 and he was ordered back to court for an evidentiary hearing in January.

Rochester Police Capt. John Sherwin says officers were aware Lawstuen was returning to the city from California with the pot and found it in his vehicle after he was pulled over in the area of Highway 63 and I-90 around 3:30 AM Thursday. The weight of the multiple bags was measured at 227 pounds.
