City Center And Kutsky Park On KROC AM

City Council President Randy Staver visited with Rich Peterson and Kim David on Tuesday's edition of Rochester's Good Morning.   A lot of talk about the "City Center Project" (aka Gage East).  Some concern from listeners about the future of that neighborhood when the project is complete.
