Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Olmsted County Sheriff's Department is investigating a burglary at a construction site just northeast of Rochester.

Sheriff's Capt. Scott Behrns says a representative of Elcor Construction contacted authorities Monday morning and reported someone had broken into an unlocked trailer left at a construction site near the intersection of 48th St. and Hadley Valley Road Northeast sometime between the late morning on Sunday and 6:30 Monday morning. The thieves left with a generator and tools valued at about $20,000.
