Multiple Vehicles Collide at Rochester Intersection, Injuries Reported

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- First responders are at the scene of a multi-vehicle crash at a busy Rochester intersection. 

Limited information is available, however dispatch sent out an injury accident report shortly before 5:40 p.m. Wednesday

The report indicated four vehicles were involved in a crash at the intersection of East Circle Dr. and Viola Rd. Northeast, which is near Century High School. 

Dispatch information also indicates three ambulances were requested to the intersection.

Photos from the scene show an overturned vehicle in the left turn lane from westbound East Circle Dr.

A silver SUV with what appears to be severe front end damage is also seen in the image facing east in the right westbound lane of East Circle Dr. Light smoke from one of the vehicles is also visible. 

Information regarding the number of people involved and the severity of the injuries reported is not yet available.
