
Criminal Sexual Conduct Trial Involving Stewartville Man Starts Monday
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The trial for a Stewartville man facing charges related to an Olmsted County criminal sexual conduct case is scheduled to start Monday.

24-year-old Austin Fisher has been charged with four felony criminal sexual conduct counts. Court records accuse him of using his home as a hangout for underage girls and having sexual contact with at least three of them.
The criminal complaint states there were, “multiple allegations of sexual misconduct committed by, as well as the provision of alcohol and controlled substances to underage persons” by Fisher. The alleged crimes started in the winter of 2021 and ended before Labor Day 2021.

Fisher acknowledged the girls came to his house but denied having sexual conduct with them, according to court documents.
He was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, a count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony count of soliciting a child to engage in sexual acts and a gross misdemeanor count of purchasing liquor for underage consumption.
