Deputies responded to the fatality around 7:30 on Sunday night.
The deadly crash occurred along Bamber Valley Rd. Southwest near Bamber Valley Hills Ln. in southwestern Rochester.
Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office Captain Tim Parkin stated previously that deputies found the victim unresponsive next to his crashed motorcycle in along a treeline. He was taken by ambulance to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
On Tuesday, Parkin identified the fatal motorcycle crash victim as Cullen Rownd. He was 20-years-old.

Rownd was riding with a group before losing his life in the crash, the sheriff's office report says.
Members of the group told deputies they were riding north when they lost sight of Rownd after he sped ahead of everyone in the riding group.
Parkin says the preliminary investigation indicates Rownd was wearing a helmet and that impairment was not involved in the fatality.
