
Rochester Police Find Body of Young Man During Welfare Check
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The Rochester Police Department is investigating the death of a young man.

Limited information is available. Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson says officers found his body during a welfare check on Sunday.
Police conducted the check at a residence in the 10 block of 6th Ave. in southeast Rochester. Upon entering the home, the officers found the body of a 22-year-old man, Grayson said.
Grayson says there were not any immediate signs of trauma at the scene. Investigators have ordered an autopsy to determine the man’s cause and manner of death due to his age.

The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office has been assigned to conduct the autopsy.
