Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A person was found dead at a Rochester park Thursday morning.

So far limited information is available. Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson says officers responded to the deceased person call around 7 a.m.

Body Found at North Park in Rochester, MN Thursday Morning, Police Launch Death Investigation
The body was discovered at North Park, which is located at 6035 Hillsboro Drive Northwest, according to the police report.
Grayson says investigators are working with the Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office to identify the person and determine their cause of death. No other information is available.
Officials say there is no known danger to the public. Rochester police say the death investigation is ongoing.
