The Minneapolis flight that crash-landed has everyone talking, and honestly, I get it! It’s not every day you hear about a plane flipping over.

I mean, I’ve seen some wild travel stories, but this? This is next-level. I can’t think of another time something like this has happened in my lifetime.

Thankfully, every single person on board made it out alive, but let’s be real - those few moments had to be absolutely terrifying. One second, you’re preparing for a normal landing, and the next, the plane is flipping upside down. Scary!

And now, Delta is offering all of those passengers a no-strings-attached payout. I’ll admit, when I first saw the offer, I thought, “Wow, that’s a pretty solid chunk of change.” I get excited about those couple hundred dollar vouchers for giving up a seat.

But apparently, not everyone shares my initial reaction. Some do, but the general consensus online is It's not even close to enough. Check out some of the comments from the Bring Me The News Facebook page - people are pretty fired up about it!

With 76 passengers on board, Delta’s payout totals over $2.2 million. What do you think? Is $30,000 enough for what these people went through? In my opinion, at the very least, anyone who had to go to the hospital should have their medical bills fully covered and still get the payout. What do you think?

I’ve also been seeing a lot of people say they would never fly again after something like this, and honestly, I get it. But at the same time, plane crashes are incredibly rare - far less common than car accidents, and most of us drive every single day without a second thought.

The Official U.S. Government 'Do Not Travel' List

Traveling to unique and exotic places rather than the usual tourist traps can be quite an adventure. However, it's crucial to research your destination thoroughly.

While every trip comes with some degree of risk, requiring you to mind your surroundings and take some precautions, there are some places you just shouldn't visit, as they are not worth the risk.

The United States government has a convenient website that helps by listing travel advisories they have in place for countries all over the world, ranking the risk from Level 1 through Level 4.

If a country is issued a Level 4 advisory, you should NOT travel there. As of November 2024, the countries below are on the 'Do Not Travel' list.
