This past week, I've been on a mission to find one thing, the BEST mashed potatoes in Southeast Minnesota!  Thanks to my research (and taste-testing), I found a few winners in our area that you should nibble on yourself.

I've been MIA for about a week and I'd love to say that I was off on a fun vacation, but I was doing the opposite.  I had 5 teeth pulled out of my head.

Ok, that sounds a bit dramatic, but let me just say right now, the pain I've been experiencing is ridiculous.  I would rather have a baby again without drugs.

• Eat This Not That have picked the spuds at this fast food joint as one of the best!
