The latest figures reported by the charitable organization show the bellringers brought in just under $153,400 dollars during the first 25-days of the annual campaign. That’s over $225,000 dollars below this year’s goal and is nearly $13,000 dollars behind the donation total at this point a year ago. The local Salvation Army’s overall Christmas fundraising campaign, which includes corporate contributions and donations received through the mail, is running between $35,000 and $45,000 dollars behind the pace to meet the goal of just over $1-million dollars.
