Downtown Rochester Community Work Session set to Begin Monday
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The Rochester community is invited to partake in an initiative to address the challenges facing downtown Rochester.
The Downtown Rochester Task Force, formed to help the city respond to long-term issues brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, is holding the first of four working sessions on Monday. The goal of the sessions is to identify concerns and solutions then to form an action plan to address items flushed out at the meetings, according to a news release from the Destination Medical Center Economic Development Agency.
Officials say their hope is to present an action plan that addresses concerns brought up at the sessions to the Downtown Rochester Task Force in May. The plan will guide the downtown task force moving forward.
The first session takes place at Fagan Studios, 324 located at 324 Broadway Avenue South, Suite 200, from 6-7 p.m. Registration is preferred but not required.
The remaining schedule for the sessions is:

- Monday, March 6 from 2-3 p.m., Pasquale’s Neighborhood Pizzeria, 130 5th Street Southwest
