Drive-by suspects arraigned
The two people who were arrested in connection with a shooting in Rochester
on Wednesday remain in jail after their arraignment in Olmsted County Court on Friday. The two - 20 year old Albert Ryans of Rochester and 24 year old Emi Spandau of Oronoco - are facing drive-by shooting related charges. Bail for both was set at $100,000. Police say Ryans was the shooter and Spandau was driving the vehicle used in the shooting. It took place around 1 p.m. Wednesday outside an apartment complex located near the RCTC campus. Two units and a vehicle were hit. Police say the shooting is the result of a feud between Ryans and another man, who was arrested early Friday on unrelated charges. He is also being held at the county jail, awaiting arraignment tomorrow.
