Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The woman whose car crashed into a Rochester apartment building Sunday was not supposed to be driving a vehicle.
Police ticketed 33-year-old Mishawn Scott for driving with a revoked license.
Scott told police “her brakes were not working properly” and that she “had no luck” when she tried using her emergency brake.
Her car crashed into a first-floor unit at Village at Essex Townhomes and came to a stop in a bedroom. An occupant of the apartment was treated at the scene for a minor injury. Scott was taken to St. Marys Hospital for evaluation.
