70-Year-Old Driver Killed, 70-Year-Old Passenger Critically Injured in Rollover on Hwy. 52 in Cannon Falls

Cannon Falls, MN (KROC-AM News)- One person was killed and another was critically injured in a crash on Hwy. 52 in southeast Minnesota on Monday.

The State Patrol responded to the fatality shortly after 6:15 p.m. One vehicle was involved in the deadly incident.

Eagan Man Dies in Rollover on Hwy. 52 in Cannon Falls, Eagan Woman Suffers Severe Injuries

The fatal crash occurred between the Goodhue County Rd. 24 exit and the Hwy. 19 interchange in Cannon Falls. 

A car heading north on Hwy. 52 entered the median ditch and rolled after its driver lost control, the state crash report says. 

Occupants Identified

70-year-old Donald Grant Lee of Eagan was identified as the driver. The State Patrol says he was pronounced dead at the scene. 

70-year-old Constance Joan Lee of Eagan was riding with him. She was taken to the hospital in Cannon Falls with life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol. 

Both occupants were buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the deadly crash, according to the state crash report.

Cannon Falls Police, the Cannon Falls Fire Department, Cannon Falls Ambulance and the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the single-vehicle fatality.
