
Crash With Pick-up Claims Life Teen Dirt Biker Near MN High School
Blaine, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities in the Twin Cities a fatal collision between a dirt bike and pick-up that claimed the life of a teenager.

The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office says emergency responders were dispatched to the crash around 6:05 p.m. Sunday.
A news release says the deadly incident happened at an intersection near a Minnesota high school.

Teen Dirt Biker Killed in Crash With Pick-up at Intersection in Blaine, MN, Authorities Investigating
The preliminary investigation indicates the dirt bike operator was traveling south on Sunset Ave Northeast when it crashed into a northbound pick-up as it was making a left turn to 103rd Ln. Northeast. The intersection is near Centennial High School.
First responders administered life-saving measures at the scene but the dirtbike operator was pronounced dead, the news release says.
He is described as a teenage boy. His name has not been released.
An adult male was driving the pick-up and he had a juvenile female riding with him. The occupants of the pick-up were not hurt, authorities say.
The Blaine Police Department, Minnesota State Patrol, Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office, are assisting the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office with the fatal crash investigation.
No other information is available for release as of Monday morning.
