Chaska, MN (KROC AM News) - A former Rochester high school principal has been sentenced to 5 years in prison for his recent child pornography conviction.

45-year-old Timothy Dorway was charged last December with having over 120 sexually explicit images and videos of children, some under the age of 5, on his computer at Chanhassen High School.

Dorway is also required to register as a predatory offender after he gets out of prison. He will also be on conditional release for 5 years after his release.

He was named principal at the school in 2010 after holding the same job at Rochester’s Mayo High School for several years.
