Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A vehicle with four young kids inside was involved in a traffic crash in Rochester Tuesday.

Police Capt. Casey Moilanen says a minivan driven by a 67-year-old Florida man was driving south on West Circle Dr around 11:00 am when he began turning left onto Wilder Rd, which serves as a Highway 14 frontage road.


Moilanen says the man turned in front of an oncoming SUV that was driven by a 27-year-old Byron woman.

Moilanen says the four children in her vehicle were 2 months, 4 months, one year and 4-years-old. The woman and children were taken to the hospital.

The Florida man’s wife was in his car and she was also taken to the hospital.

No serious injuries were reported.
