
19-Year-Old Woman & 87-Year-Old Man Hurt in Collision at Winona Intersection
Winona, MN (KROC-AM News)- A southeast Minnesota teen and an 87-year-old were injured in a collision at an intersection in Winona on Wednesday.

That’s according to the State Patrol which responded to the two-vehicle crash shortly before 10 a.m.
Both drivers were the only occupants in the vehicles.

Winona Woman and Wisconsin Man Injured at Hwy. 61 Intersection in Winona
The crash occurred at the intersection of Hwy. 61 and Vila St. A Chevy SUV traveling south on the highway and a northbound Nissan SUV collided in the intersection, the state crash report says.
19-year-old Julia Caroline Driscoll of Winona was identified as the Nissan driver. She was treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol.
87-year-old Gary F Marquardt of Fountain City, WI was driving the Chevy. The State Patrol says he suffered non-life-threatening injuries and that he was taken to the hospital in Winona for further care.
Both motorists were buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the crash, according to the state crash report.

The Winona Police Department, Winona Area Ambulance and the Winona Fire Department also responded to the crash.
