Is There a Bad Time of the Year to Sell or Buy a Home?

Robin Gwaltney with Gwaltney Group-RE/MAX Results says the simple answer to that question is, no.  She notes the Rochester real estate market remains robust, despite the unusually cold weather, and while the "average days on market" are not quite as short as they were in the spring and early summer, they remain remarkably short.
