If you have already got a little bit too much sun this summer, you aren't alone. According to the CDC, about 40% of Americans are outside just a little too long and experience a sunburn each year.
If you love hanging around the pools, beaches or boating becomes your favorite activity on the gorgeous days, pay close attention to how much time you are exposed to the sun. Water reflects up to 10% of UV radiation back to your skin, so it is almost like you are getting a double dose of those harmful rays.
