Target Field Just Cracked America’s Top 10 Stadiums for Food
Listen, I love a good baseball game as much as the next person, but let’s be honest: half the excitement of buying a ticket is planning out the snacks.
And apparently, Target Field is kicking butt and taking names when it comes to stadium grub.
Yelp just released its list of the Top Stadiums for Game-Day Eats in 2026, and Target Field made the top 10, coming in 5th overall!
We’re not talking standard concessions, either. Target Field is going head-to-head with some heavy hitters and the food sounds pretty darn drool-worthy.
Citi Field in Queens snagged the top spot, with 37 new menu items this season, including a Kimchi Reuben from The Queensboro. Umm, yum!
So what's the rest of our competition cooking up?
Atlanta has $2 hot dogs and $5 beers alongside Big Dave's Cheesesteaks and an oxtail plate. San Diego has a braised beef short rib sandwich, while St. Louis is bringing local vendors with options like Filipino BBQ skewers, Korean noodle bowls, and even Gooey Butter Cake on a stick.
So what makes Target Field stand out? What's the secret sauce? Keep it local. It isn't relying on the usual hot dogs and nachos to make the list. Target Field has brought some of the Twin Cities' favorite restaurants into the ballpark.
Two of the standouts include:
Red Cow is serving up their insane Double Barrel Burger - a burger loaded with gooey cheese, grilled onions, burger butter, and horseradish cream.
Then you've got Ramen Kazama bringing out Chocolate Fish on a Stick - a warm, crispy waffle stuffed with sweet custard, sitting over vanilla ice cream with chocolate drizzle.
Chocolate fish on a stick?! Ok, Target Field, I see you!
Honestly, taking amazing local food and serving it on a stick is the most Minnesota move possible, and I am 100% here for it.
Anybody else suddenly craving a game?!
