Jewelry, Coins Taken in Rochester Home Burglary
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester police say an elderly couple returned to their Country Club Manor area home Thursday and discovered some jewelry and a coin collection were missing.
The couple left their home in the 4400 block of Meadow Lakes Dr. NW around 10:30 a.m. They returned around noon and discovered the break-in. The missing jewelry was valued at $2,500 and the coin collection was worth $300.
Police say the thief entered the home by removing a screen and climbing through a window.
