Level 3 Sex Offender Registers New Address With Rochester Police

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Rochester Police Department has issued a Community Notification concerning a high-risk sex offender living in the city.

The notification indicates that 41-year-old Brian Joseph Miller, who has been classified as a Level 3 predatory offender, has registered a new address with Rochester Police. He is now living in the 600 block of 2nd Street Southwest. The change of address took effect on April 12.

Officials say Miller has a history of sexual conduct and contact with known and unknown women. The conduct includes holding the victim against her will. Court records show authorities in LeSueur County to action to have Miller civilly committed in 2020 as a sexually dangerous and psychopathic personality.
