Level Three Sex Offender to be Released in Rochester

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The Rochester Police Department has issued a community notification regarding the release of a level-three predatory offender.
The notification says 38-year-old Josh Jones will be released from the Minnesota Corrections Facility in Faribault on November 21. He’ll live at an Olmsted County Halfway House in the 2100 block of Campus Dr. Southeast in Rochester.
Jones was serving time for a conviction stemming from the sexual assault of a known teenage girl. The notification indicates he used force to gain compliance.
