
Man Arrested After Dozens of Handguns Stolen From MN UPS Facility
Minneapolis, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Minneapolis Police Department is reporting the recovery of a significant number of stolen firearms.
According to a news release, it was reported that a man had stolen 27 handguns from a UPS shipping facility where he worked. Minneapolis Police Officers were able to track the man to Mystic Lake Casino, where he was taken into custody.
The news release says the man was in possession of narcotics and thousands of dollars in cash. He has been booked into the Hennepin County Jail on drug and weapon charges.

Minneapolis police also reported that eight of the stolen handguns have been recovered. Investigators are now working with the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives to locate the 19 other guns.
