
Three Injured, Marion Rd. Closed Following Van-Pickup Collision in Rochester
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A crash on Wednesday morning has resulted in the closure of Marion Rd. in Southeast Rochester.

Preliminary information released by Rochester police indicate two-vehicles were involved in the collision.
The crash happened around 5:45 a.m.

Van-Pickup Collision Closes Marion Rd. in Southeast Rochester, Injuries Reported
Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson says a van and pickup collided in the 3300 block of Marion Rd., which is near the Jeff’s Little Store gas station.
Three people were transported from the scene by Mayo Clinic Ambulance as a result of the crash, Grayson said.
Their names and an update on their conditions is not available.

Police said the people from both vehicles were among the three transported to a hospital.
Forensic Mapping Unit and State Patrol At the Scene
Grayson says Marion Rd. is closed in both directions from 33rd St. SE to Vine Pl. SE.
The Rochester Police Department’s Forensic Mapping Unit and the State Patrol are investigating at the scene.
Grayson indicated the closure is expected to last at least through the late morning.
