
Minnesota Authorities Investigating Vehicle-Amish Buggy Crash That Hospitalized Two Children
Hinckley, MN (KROC-AM News)- Two children were taken to a hospital after the buggy they were riding in was hit by a vehicle in eastern Minnesota.

The collision happened last week. The driver of the vehicle reported running over something in the road.
A news release issued by the Pine County Sheriff’s Office Friday says six people were in the buggy at the time of the collision, which occurred on a rural two lane road about five miles southeast of Hinckley.
Officials say two of the six people riding in the buggy suffered life-threatening injuries. A four-year-old child and two-year-old child were taken from the scene to Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis.
The children's medical conditions were not disclosed in the news release. The names and ages of the buggy occupants have not been released.
The driver, who was not identified by law enforcement, was uninjured. The traffic collision is under investigation.
